                 USer Invokable Actions on Desktops to install/copy Websites

Abstract

    The document describes the need for a User Invokabke Action in Desktops
    of Windows , Android and many other Operating systems bundled on mobile
    computing devices to install or copy a website for offline reading from
    a filesystem.

1. Introduction

    There are some OPerating systems used by computer engineers that has
    commands like wget, but i want an Invokable action from a Windows Desktop
    to copy a Website for offline reading. May be theres one in Android.
    I should be able to configure whether to fetch all embedded URL's
    images. multimedia.

2. Background
        I am now using a WIndows from Microsoft and if i am a traveller with
        no money for internet connection but just a computing device. I should
        be able to copy and install a website on my computing device for
        offline reading.
        
3. General Information of the service
        
        Proposal for a User frendly Invokable interface of this Action
        and a GUI to configure what needs to be copied.

	There can be an Invokable Action from the Desktop to copy install websites on
	a computing device and accessible as file:/// transparent to the users.
	So i am a publisher of a self exploration information site and i gave it to
	someone who wants to copy it into his/her computing device for offline reading
	as a big book.
