May be theres one in Android. I should be able to configure whether to fetch all embedded URL's images. multimedia. 2. Background I am now using a WIndows from Microsoft and if i am a traveller with no money for internet connection but just a computing device. I should be able to copy and install a website on my computing device for offline reading. 3.
