This document describes the use of the Microsoft Point to Point
Compression protocol (also referred to as MPPC in this document) for
compressing PPP encapsulated packets. This document is the product of
the Point-to-Point Protocol Extensions Working Group of the IETF.

This memo provides information for the Internet community.  This memo
does not specify an Internet standard of any kind.  Distribution of
this memo is unlimited.

This announcement is sent to the IETF list and the RFC-DIST list.
